Keg at the Colossus taproom, Porto, 28/10/22. Clear golden topped with a just off white head. Nose is herb, lemon, hint of stale bread. Taste comprises grass, yeast esters, straw, grains, hedgerow, lemon rind, light white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay for the style if a little on the tangy side.

Taster at Letraria Braga. Slightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- ginger, pickles, wheat, vanilla, flowery, spicy. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, wheat, ginger, citrusy, coriander. Light to medium bodied. Very smooth, tasty.

Tap at Olutexpo 2018, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some wheat, some distant hints of smoke and malts. Actually pretty fresh.

Bottle from Crafty Bottle. Hazy pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma floral and slightly earthy. Taste light sweet. Mediuymm body

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light smoked malt with some sweet wheat malt notes is quite enticing. Taste is a mix of light smoked malt with some sweet wheat malt with some cloves ester also noticeable. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Interesting take on the style with good level of complexity and drinkability.

33cl Bottle from House of Wonders restaurant, Cascais. Murky golden yellow colour, enormous white head. Aroma of spices, ginger, lots of coriander seed, lemon, hint of smoked wheat. Flavour follows, light lemony tartness, very spicy, not much smoke. Light bodied. OK stuff.
