There are multiple versions (edição Coimbra, Aveiro, Portugal to name a few) which are the same beer.
This is a beer with creamy foam, mild bitterness and aromas of cloves and banana. Keeping with tradition, TRIGO Cinco Chagas is not filtered, so part of its yeast remains inside the bottle, giving it a cloudy appearance when served.

Fles El Corte Ingles, Lisboa versie. Helder lichtgeel bier zonder schuim. Smak is licht bitter en ietwat zuur met een vreemde bijsmaak. Heeft niets van een weissbier wat mij betreft. Verder weinig smaak, tegenvaller. Wel een mooi etiket, vandaar wat extra punten.

330ml bottle [Aveiro ed., thanks to the TVs!]. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy and minimally wheaty aroma, notes of lemon, lemon zest. Taste is citrusy hoppy and wheaty malty, notes of lemon adn lemon zest, underlying, minimally sweet hints of banana. Not an authentic Hefeweizen, but quite a nice, refreshing Wheat Ale.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L004 (BBF 06/18). AROMA: medium-low metallic aroma, wet cereal husk and yeast. low wheat background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and slightly hazy. medium white head with low retention. TASTE: dilluted flavor initial medium-low wet cereal husk flavor, followed by medium-low yeast flavor and a faint wheat background. low bitterness with a semi-dry and yeasty finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a weizen-like beer very dilluted and with some problems that need finetuning.
