On tap at Csak a Jó Sör, Budapest. Pours hazy dark golden/light brown, white head. Sweet caramel aroma. Sweet flavor, malts, fruit and some hops.

On tap at the brewpub. Well, as this is called Wijsse Bok, I’d classify this under Weizenbock, but whatever... Slightly hazy golden copper colour, white head. Aroma is quite hoppy, light fruity, sweet, light caramel, light phenolic. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, light banana, caramel, yeast, nice grassy and light citrus hoppy bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent, but it doesn’t add much to the ’t IJ-spectrum of beers.
