22 oz bottle likely from 2010. Aroma has a light graininess with moderate Belgian phenolics, mostly white pepper and coriander. Some overripe stone fruit and apple with moderate honey and a touch of cardboard. Light hints of alcohol and grassy hops. Pours a rather cloudy, murky brownish orange with a moderately sized, fairly thick white head with good retention. Light lacing and moderate legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with a faint grain character. Light phenolic notes of pepper and grains of paradise with medium light overripe stone fruit, mostly peach with some pear and apple notes. Light grassy hop notes with light alcohol spice. Moderate honey character and the finish has bits of cardboard and wet paper. Medium light bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer that has done well with the age. The phenolics and fruitiness are still present but the hops have turned weird and the oxidation is starting to take over.

Has a very unique smokey aroma. Pours golden with good pillowy head and lacing. Floral yeast and a touch of booze. touch of wood in here. Tap at monks cafe.

Nice yeasty floral aroma, rich golden color with small soapy head. Taste come sin with malt, yeast, and a touch of vinegar acidity. Some wine like aroma and taste to this.

This was poured into a chalice.
The appearance was a nice golden to bronze color with tinges of yellow gracing the sides of the glass. There’s a one finger white foamy head that died within about a minute and left some light lacing here and there.
The smell had some light apricots, peaches and apples in front of some light Belgian spices such as some clove and coriander. Delicately hopped with what comes across to be some light pine to resinous features, the aroma smells absolutely wonderful.
The taste was sweet and spicy with a wonderful fruity flavoring running all over my taste buds.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with what wants to be sessionable but shows more of a sipper aspect to it.
Overall, this was a good offering by Avery well worthy of having again and could go fairly well with food.

Bomber. Pours a clear golden color. Thin white head leaves minimal lacing behind. Aroma is fruity, with Belgian yeasts and a certain breadiness. Flavor is on par with a citrus note present. A bit of resiny bitterness and a long sweet finish. Very smooth & drinkable @ 9 ABV. Nicely done.

Bottle to tulip. Welcome back to CA Avery!! Aroma of sweet bread, perfume and fruity esters. Pours a hazy sunset orange with white head that leaves slight lacing and dusting across the top. Taste is fruity esters, bread, orange and late spice from the yeast. Semi-dry finish.
