[3/7/11] Draught at Arendsnest in Amsterdam. Slightly hazy deep reddish amber with a big white head. Pleasant floral Cascade aroma. Strong bitter hoppy flavor with citrus, flowers and pine needles. Medium-bodied. Very good.

Draft at the Wildeman, Amsterdam. Clear brown beer, little white head. Light palate, slightly dry. Fresh hops, a little grassy. Mango with a trace of mint. A little orange and peach. Semi dry finish. Really nice IPA - tasty and fresh and not too heavy. Could session this.

On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Clear dark amber colour, dense off white head. Aroma of strong hops, citrus, light earthy, grapefruit. Flavour is sweet, forest fruits, earthy, liquorice root, citrus bitter finish. Light bodied. Like the Willamette version, this lacks a solid body.
