ABV: 4.6% IBU: - Ticks: 4
Brewed to celebrate Archipelago’s 1st birthday.

Boasts a tangy and festive citrus taste with a hint of sweetness from calamansi lime and pandan leaves with a light, wheat ale.

Utterly refreshing with grilled meats, salads and spicy dishes - Thai, Vietnamese, Malay or Sichuan. Formerly known as Samui Wheat, now just "Wheat"

Very hazy. Thin head. The aroma is fruity with some esters and maybe a hint of citrusy hop. Hint of bitterness, nice light fruity hops and a yeasty finish.

Draft. Clear yellow gold with a decent head. Little discernible aroma. Medium body and frothy carbonation. The flavour is clearly wheat beer, but with a bit more substance (not too thin and sour). Lime in the foretaste and a good bitter finish. A refreshing and interesting beer.

Sampler at Archipelago, as Samui Wheat, ABV 4.6%. Clear light golden colour, white head. Aroma of full on lime and some oranges. Flavour is lemon and lime, some grain, bitter finish. Aroma promises more than flavour can deliver. Very refreshing but a bit one dimensional. Light bodied.

Draught at the pub in Circular Road
Blond color. Citrusy aroma almost lemonade. Dry mouthfeel, very original flavor, lemon and citrus fruits peels, nutty. Very bitter, a bit harsh at the end. Refreshing in this climate, interesting.
