A relatively clean style, that is so hard to do great. Lovely carbonation, light body, fairly dry, some light sourness and nicely refreshing. Loads of flavour, without being strong. Excellently balanced, great blend.

Bottle @ Baghaven, during the blåbær days 2019. Pours golden with a bubbly head. Tart and dry. Funky and woody with notes of sesame. Dry finish. Nice.

Golden color. Nice cobwebs and barnyard, oak nose. Fairly sour, with oak with green apples, barnyard and cobwebs. Nice carbonation, nice mouthfeel. Really well balanced.

Shared at MBCT. Clear brass color with a gold lambic acidic flavor and aroma. I didn’t find it so complex but it was spot on

Sample @ MBC boat trip. Funky, oaky and fruity with some farmyard, wood, oak and citrus. Well balanced and tasty.
