Bottle. Barrel 40% Sauternes and 60% White Wine according to the label. Color: Hazy orange amber, no head. Aroma: Moderate tart, vinuous, fruity stonefruit and grapes, subtle funk. Taste: Medium sour, moderate sweet, light bitterness. Some wild yeast funk, some acidic vinegar notes, fruity notes of sour lemon, white grapes, some grapeskin and tannins, hints of stone fruit and herbal hints. Medium body, low carbonation. Nice complexity, nice wild ale, but a think it would have been a little better with a less sourness.

Draft at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of funk, oak, vanilla and citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
