Northern Nobility is a DIPA made from where we live. It’s brewed with local floor-malted barley and wheat, Cascade and Centennial hops from a family-owned farm on the shores of the Ottawa River, and a yeast culture propagated here in Ontario. While the style may be familiar, we hope this beer expresses something new about the people and land that made it possible. Northern Nobility DIPA was purpose-brewed for for the Mikkeller Beer Club. Club members across Europe receive a monthly box featuring outstanding beer sourced by Denmark's Mikkeller. This beer is exclusively available to club members in their August box and from Dominion City.

440ml can. Sweet, caramely malty and tropical fruity with some pine and grass. Quite generic and not super fresh. Decent.

Gulbrungrumlig med tjockt skum. Doft av tutti-frutti, mineraler och lite grapefrukt. Blommig humlesmak med tutti-frutti och mineraler.
Helt ok, men lite konstig smaksammansättning.

473 ml can from MBC, bb Nov 11th 2019. Aroma of mandarin, orange, moderate pine, some apricot, some wheat. Tastes quite similar, while with more dankness, some earth, some vanilla. Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, medium dry, medium sweet, slightly bitter, a bit dank, with some pine, some vanilla, sweet fruits, some earth. Tasty! Really interesting, with a quite unique, mandarin-like nose, while the taste reminds me of NE breweries like Other Half. Quite broad, sweet malt body, while still smooth for the ABV. Very quaffable stuff! Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17
