Since the start of the craft brewing movement in the US 25 years ago and the reinvention of the IPA style, American craft brewers have challenged hop producers to create new and innovative styles of hops to take their beers to the next level. Over the past few years German brewers have taken up the charge and have been encouraging local hop farmers to continue this work. The Stone 2nd Anniversary Double IPA celebrates the second year of our Berlin brewery by blending eight new German hop varieties to create deliciously bitter and juicy double IPA.
