We are finally announcing our dance reincarnation with Midnight Project! This time, instead of maple syrup, we’ve worked in batter from the famous Mississippi Mud cake, an American masterpiece with triple chocolate and fried coconut shavings. And so we ended up with Break Dancer - a dense, dessert imperial stout with a rich sweetness evoking chocolate fondue along with a nutty tartness and a warming 10% proof. One sip is enough to turn you into a b-boy for the next hour – get ready to stand on your head and make the room spin! Dance first, think later!

Head gone in seconds "over" pitch-black beer. Vanilla-cake-Sachertorte, speculoos herbs, mocha. Roast/burnt struggling to get past the mocha-cake onslaught. Seriously oversweet, indeed totally pastry-like. Syrupy-sticky, viscous, not very carbonated. Really struggling to get this down. Not my taste. Thanks to Stef!

Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Tom L. Black, brown foam. Chocolate, nuts, something artificial, very sweet, caramel, sugary, some soy sauce, a bit umami, bitterish note, alcohol, full-bodied.

330ml can from TBS in Moscow. Pours opaque black with a tall tan head (I poured it too aggressively). Aroma is chocolate cake, nuts, fudge. Taste is medium sweet, more chocolate cake, malt, dark chocolate.

Can. Dark brown color, brownish foam. Aroma: sweet and very dessert, a lot of chocolate, some nuts, pie, honey, maple syrup, good. Taste: sweet, a pie with honey and chocolate, soaked in dark rum, maple syrup, a little coffee, strong, some nuts, toffee, warming, very good.

Opaque near to black, small ivory-coloured head. Aroma: your regular oreo-like strong stout. Full body. Taste: just as described above, medium sweet. Well-brewed. Beyond my liking.

Very nice aroma, but the flavours are a bit too pastry-ish. Thick and cloy texture.
