Yo Ho Karuizawa Beer Craftsaurus Summer White Ale 5% Apparently a witbier made with orange peel and coriander. The aroma is soft wheat and mild spice. The body is super soft with a lightly spicy and refreshing flavor. I drank it too warm but this was a nice summer Seijo Ishii find.

350 ml can from omiyage shop @ Sakudaira station. Pours yellow golden, white foam on the top is abundant at first and leaves some lacings on the glass. Yeast spices in the nose, lemon rind and some extra serving of citrus. Tastes spicy, citric hops accentuating that lemon peel character. Medium body, quite intense lemony and somewhat dry finish. Good thirst-quencher.
