Bottled 2019. Definitely tart apricots galore. Not too tart but tart enough!

Bottle thanks to AJ. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is yeast, lemon, apricot, oak. Slick body, tart apricot, citrus, acidic, light funk, very nice.

Mad apricots, mad tart finish, needs some time to really shine but insanely good upfront and nose.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart apricots, moderate oak and a hint of farmhouse character. Flavour expresses the apricots beautifully upfront, tempered a bit by the oak. Bright apricots, just enough tartness and acidity, with a slight lingering sweetness. Excellent.

WeWork tasting (20.01.2019). Light yellow pour, cloudy and a bit of white foam there. Soft fruity nose, bit chalky and dusty in a way. Sweet tart fruity feel, dry. Taste is acidic but fruity, getting some apricot pulp coming out in the middle, tart and fruity. Dry acidic with some hidden sweetness. Subtle but actually quite complex if you dig deep enough.
