(Bottle) Golden colour with brief, frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of grapefruit, lemon peel, green grapes, elderflowers, brett and a fresh funky acidity. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, sour green grapes, unripe peaches, brett and a fairly dry finish with a fresh acidity. Medium body, quite dry. Quite straight-forward sour, but really tasty, tart and refreshing. Very nice.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Blond color. Smells like homeless guy on the bus. Moderate acidity; the dough flavor is too strong; a bit lemony.
With this smell and the doughy yeast, this is very poorly executed.

375ml bottle with a wax seal. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a medium, short lived, fizzy, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Sour aroma of lemon and brettanomyces with light wheat. Sour flavour of lacto, lemon, wheat and vinegar with a crisp, dry, tart, acidic finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Lacks complexity but is still not bad.

375 ml bottle from Systembolaget a while back. On April 14, 2017. BBE Jan 2018. Waxed.Hazy pale golden color, small white head. Acidic, sour, some cheese, green berries scent. Acidic, oddly sweet, tangy, green berries taste. Sour aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, no bitterness. Leaves a sour sensation in my stomach a good while after finishing half the bottle, glad we shared it on two, since I wouldn’t have finished a whole bottle myself.

Flaska från Galatea/Craftbeer. Smak och doft av brett, vita vinbär, äpple med toner av krusbärl och citron. Fin sötma, lätt kropp och syrlighet. Gott!

Flaska från Galatea/Craftbeer. Friskt bärligt syrligt, lätt anslag. Smak av vinbär, krusbär och äpple. En lätt sötma bär fruktsmakerna. Riktigt trevlig.
