Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a small white head, which vanishes quite fast. Aroma is raisins, apples and super sweet. Flavour is sweet apples, some mild sugaru tones with mild raisins and plum too. Cheap feel to it.

Bottle, small creamy head, clear lightish brown colour, dried apples, oxidised notes, quite sweet. Not good.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy golden. Apple, oxidation, sweet, slightly sourish.

Pours light straw, god carbonation and many rising bubbles, some white foam on the top. Good apple juice character in the nose, clean and fleshy, with light added sulfur edge. Tastes medium, good carbonation. Sweet underneath, pretty damn sweet - but mainly feels like heavily carbonated apple juice with some light smokiness. Has character which is a good thing in my book. Dry juicy finish.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - Seattle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out rotting apples, vegetal notes, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry farmhouse notes atop vegetal and rotting notes. Ugh, there is something nice under here, but it's not executed well. Not impressive as a farmhouse French cider.

Looking at the rates below maybe this ain’t the right spot. Apple, sweet, light tart. Medium bodied. Quite nice.
