Standing 12 ft. tall at the center of the brew deck is our HopBack vessel, where whole-flower hops swirl in hot wort and open up this deep amber with layers of grapefruit and pinesap. Crystal, Munich and Pilsner malts harmonize to add a complex balance of chewy caramel and toffee notes.

Not really hoppy, not much fruit, not much of anything really. Flavor seems like an afterthough

Bottle from Half Time. Pours dark ruddy amber with a 3 finger foamy beige head. Aroma is light floral and resin over lightly roasted malt. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is nicely hoppy with residual roast malt. Seems a bit peppery. Finishes hoppy, though not aggressively bitter. A lot more bitter than otherwise though.

Draft: Faint but nice rosehip and honey aroma. Clear ruby copper, thin head, some lacing. Rosehip, orange peel, and cinnamon flavor, a veritable potpourri. Dried leaf finish. How about that? An amber ale with hop flavor. Not very malty, some earthy notes, but the hops rule the day in this amber. Nice!

Amber with a creamy, lightly tan head. Fruity and floral aroma with light citrus, too. Medium bodied. Flavor has some fruits, sweet malts, a touch of floral, and light citrus hops. Clean, lightly spiced, and fresh tasting. Very nice amber.

Bottle. Great beer. Really pushes the hop barrier on the Amber Ale categorization. Quite hoppy aroma, floral. Flavor is a bit more balanced. Some nice, sweet, caramel malt character along with substantial hop presence. Medium in body. Crisp, hoppy finish. Tasty stuff.

Bottle, thanks to kepersj12. Lovely looking label. Poued an appealing amber colour with a slight haze and a smallish off-white head. Aroma was suitably fragrant hop with some good fruit in evidence too. Very well balanced caramel malt flavour and a winning hop profile that is nicely restrained. All considered a pretty darn tasty brew.

Bottle. Thanks JB. Medium amber color with a thin, lacy head. Big citrus hop aroma with caramel and sweet amber malt. Nice malt flavor: slightly earthy, with rich caramel and swee malt, piney hops, and a strongly bitter finish. Big flavored amber with good hopping. I like it.
