A noble composition of very traditional aroma hops from the worlds biggest connected hops growing area with a blend of the sorts "Tradition" and the original local cultivars "Hersbrucker" and "Hallertauer Mittelfrüh". Local cultivars are hops in their most original and natural way, selected out of wild growing sorts over the last centuries. They are highly sought after for their low bitter value yet very distinguished, elegant and flavorful aroma.

Flavours were ripe fruits, grass, toffee, malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter. A tasty and balanced malty brew with hop notes.

Tap @ Beer Temple. Deep golden color. Floral hoparoma. Grassy with hints of tobacco. Citrus, caramel and a grassy, almost herbal hopbitterness in the flavor. Grassy aftertaste with tobacco. Lovely!

At Beerville, New Belgrade. Shared with lovely Anja. Clear golden, lasting creamy small off-white head. Fruity and estery, orange and apple, a bit perfumed, the honey present from malts. Balance is on the sweet side, fruity, but I would say in style. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, light finish. Very nice aromatic pale ale, they put their local hops in a good use.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is skunky, old sour wash cloth, sulfur, wet grass, wet dog, paper, minerals, weeds. Taste is kind of sour-ish grassy, weeds, harsh grass, wet cardboard, bark, light malts, harsh hops. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry harsh mouthfeel. Drainpour!

Draught @ Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg. Pourd hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of hops and yeast, and touches of grass. Bitter, hoppy and grassy flavour with round, sweetish notes of fruit. Estery aftertaste with hints of lozenges. Not bad.
