Bottled. Cloudy golden, rich airy head. Fruity pineapple aroma. Sweet and estery. Fairly soft with medium body. Heavy influences of paper and alcohol taht almost overpowers the pineapple. Peppery alcohol remains dominant in the finish.

Golden colour, clear. Fruity, peppery nose, hint of apples. Sweet, clean and a bit thin. A disappointing tripel.

Tap @ Kafe Belgie. I think this one should be renamed to ’Razende Swaen’. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is of citrus. Flavour has yeast, citrus and orange. Very drinkable!

Bottle, 8%. Sweet vinous aroma. Clouddy orange colour. Very small white head. The flavour is a bit sweet with some yeast. Bready, but balanced by alcohol. Medium bitterness.

(Bottle 30 cl) Golden and strongly hazy beer with a tall and frothy head which eventually collapses completely. Typical Tripel nose of yeast, malt and flowers. Dry and yet with an underlying sweetness and a discreetly bitter palate. A full-bodied and lovely beer which hides it’s alcohol quite well. 120903

Bottled 30cl (BB 12/2006)
Hazy golden, no head. Apple juice, grassy hops in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Liquerish, sweetish, slightly grassy. Much sweeter than "normal" Belgium-style tripels.

An unclear orange beer with a collapsing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of peach, alcohol, and yeast while the flavor is sweet too, but only with notes of peach and hints of alcohol.

Pale golden color. Lacing disappears pretty quickly. Bit spicy, bit sour, bit sweet. From tap it didn't have a strong character. Weak triple overall.
