This double dry-hopped Pale Ale was brewed in collaboration with our friends Boundary Brewing cooperative in Belfast. It's brewed to have big body at session strength with a moreish, juicy finish, and is dry-hopped with CY18 Mosaic and Loral that we hand selected at source in Yakima.

Keg at 73 Enid Street. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is dusty dank hop earthy mango, sticky orange, diesel, guava. Flavour is composed of semi sweet earthy Base malts, semi sweet, spicy citrus hop, woody notes, pithy dried citrus peel, tangerine, smoked fruit, dusty wheat grains. Palate is semi sweet, drying, semi crisp, highish carbonation. Good enough.

Little cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy white head, stable, little adhesive. Aroma: oh yes, onions, lots of dank hops, very intense, bit cheesy, some tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity start, bit sweet, sugary touch, lots of tropical fruits, papaya, nice bitterness, quite some citrus, grapefruit. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, little metallic, citrus notes, bit resinous, piny hops, bit earthy, grapefruit, juicy finish. Nice one!

On tap at Unit 9. Pours murky orange gold with laced head around glass. Aroma of mango, melon, pineapple and dank hop. Taste is super juicy mango, pineapple, dank hop. Lovely and fresh. Bit of bitter hop fizz on the end with a long dry finish. Smooth as silk. Good stuff.
