10 August 2019. At Belgian Beer Geek Tasting. Cheers to the crew, thanks for hosting, Tim! Hazy yellow, quickly thinning, frothy, white head. Aroma of dank onion, yoghurt, bread dough, mellow peach, pineapple, white nectarine, lychee. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet, peach & pineapple on top of bready & doughy maltiness, sourish lemon & passionfruit underneath, some bitter mandarin rind with an oniony touch. Dryish, floral hoppy finish, lingering yellow fruit, onion, dough. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Highly drinkable NEIPA/APA hybrid.
