Pours darker clear amber. Small white head. Smell is mildly malty. Taste is caramelly, vegetable notes, decent bitterness. Taste malts . Nice, not great. Second try, one week later at a blind tasting ( wrapped bottles, black glassware ) even though this versionwas way better ( rated it 3.7 opposed to the 1-week-earlier 3.5 ) this was extremely out of style. It would have made a great brett beer though ! brett was decently prominent, without being overkill. no sour notes, no other off flavors. We both agreed - blindly - whatever it is, its either a very good brett beer, or another beer with a kind of infection. Sad to see the later one is true.
