Densa, corposa, dal deciso sapore di malto, frutta rossa ed un leggero lato tostato che va magistralmente a bilanciare la dolcezza residua.
Colore rosso carico regalato dal vero protagonista di questa nostra versione: il malto Monaco, che le dona una particolare morbidezza ed una piacevole dolcezza che invitano alla bevuta.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello birroso superiore color marrone chiaro resiste poco. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il piano sottostante si presenta opalescente. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta note di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, cereali, nocciole tostate, frutta secca e agrumi.

On tap at Hops Beerstro, Trieste. Amber brown with off white head. Nice sweet caramel, some toffee, touch of dried fruit, almost easy drinkable.

Draught at Shallo: pours reddish brown with white head. Aroma is caramel mostly. Taste is sweet, some dry bitterness. Fine.

Tap at BDog Roma. Deep brown with reddish tints, low thick head. Malty nose. Bread, some peaches and oranges, caramel, toast. Rich, lightly sweet and fruity, very toasty. Nice peppery hop finish. Like a richer version of their marzen. Nice stuff and not overdone. These guys can do lagers.

Clear amber beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, caramel, some chocolate, sweet touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, bit metallic, grains, some caramel, chocolate notes. Aftertaste: little sourish, malty, soft roast, mocha, caramel, some chocolate.

[ As Ritual LAB La Bock ].Light unclear medium brown - red amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, sweet malt, caramel, malty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, bread, sugary. Bottle shared at La Tana a Bruxelles. Clear amber brown with a small cream head. Aroma is malty with toffee, caramel and some overripe dark fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [19-09-2016]
