ABV: 6.5% IBU: 50 Ticks: 17
Hop Hill IPA is made with “a mountain” of American hops, both during the boil and during dry hopping at the end of fermentation.

The hoppy aroma has tones of herbs with citrus and tropical friuts. On the mouth there is a biscuity, well-structured, malty body that carries a decisive and persistent bitterness. A strong but balanced beer that, at 6.5% abv, can be drunk without problem.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso note di malto, biscotto, erbaceo, leggero vegetale. In bocca va un po' meglio, risultando discretamente equilibrata e con un amaro abbastanza presente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Da rifinire.

Tap at Open Baladin in Rome-Italy. Proper golden pour a bit hazy, frothy off-white foam. Nose: a nice sensation of green hops, kind of sweet with a decent grassy character. Mouth is bitter, a bit biscuits, clean and dry. 7% are well hidden and the chicory finish pops up afterwards.
