Bottled. Pien, De Cam tasting. Poured unclear golden color with a thin white head. Nice rhubarb notes with pulpy apricotty notes. Sweetish apricots, rhubarb in the back. Mild funk.

Bottle @ Dry January share. Pours bright golden with a large white head. Aromas of esters, oaky, apricots, oak, light rhubarb. Taste has lots of esters aswell, barnyard funk, oak, citrus, lemony, apricot, lactic, light rhubarb greeness. What a weird and delicious lambic!

75cl bottle, drunk watching three episodes of The Bureau, thanks to JerVerstraete for this! Pours gold with a light mist, initially large over-carbonated head that recedes. Aroma is funky fruit, apricot, rhubarb. Good carbonation. Nice fruity character, smooth almost pulpy apricot with distant yet sharp rhubarb moments. Good sour edge. Classic Cam!

Flaska på t' Brugs Beertje, Brugge. Vintage 2018. Blekguldig/flädersaft med kritvit krona. Lätt, frisk och spritsig med hög kolsyra och torr kropp. Lätt funkig, mycket mineraler, citrusskal, snäll ton av rabarber och aprikosen knappt märkbar. En del stenfrukt och kärnbeska, men väldigt snällt. Också en lite off, jästig ton i eftersmaken som drar åt en belgisk tripel. Helt ok, men med tanke på priset så kommer den inte i närheten av att utmana exempelvis Nath eller Fou Foune varken i smak eller komplexitet. Nja...

Corked bottle, blonde. Oak, soft brett, citrus, apricot in the aroma. Bretty, dry flavor with oak, rhubarb and apricot. A wonderful combination.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is subtle apricots, brennessel, light rhubarb. Taste is subtle apricot, brennnessel, subtle rhubarb again, very light and summery. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very light, but very, very good!

Bottle, 2018, nr 1281, 7% according to the label. Color: Lively hazy pale golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Funk, tart, fruity. Taste: Fruity moderate sweet and moderate to just above moderate tart notes from the used apricots and rabarber, combined with light to moderate bitterness and pretty strong wild yeast funk. Hints of wood and wheat. Light hints of mineral water. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nicely balanced. Overall pretty fruity and subtle sourness. Another very nice one from De Cam.

Bottle. Etre Gourmet. #1869. 7%. Lively pour, that winds up in the glass super hazy yellow gold, with a dense, lasting, glossy topped white head. Nose has planed wood. Leathery funk. Fresh rhubarb. Apricot stone. Dried apricot. Some vanilla. Missus says it smells like rhubarb and custard. Taste is dry, and light tart. Hint of fruity sweetness. Light body, to the point of maybe feeling a bit thin. Very foamy carbonation. Light, tart and dry finish. Nice, and certainly not lacking fruit.
