Hazy light amber, has a fresh grainy nose, has a noble hop character, with nice pale malt.

dark golden color. Malty, bready, cereal, apricot and apples. Full body, lots of bready and bananas. Pretty damn tasty. Good stuff

Imperial Bay Pilsner 7.5% on tap at Sakura Taps 700Β₯ for 250ml but alls are 5-600Β₯ for 150ml.Β A big bready yeasty aroma the taste is honeyed biscuit kind of MΓ€rzen like with a pronounced nutty Graham and bitter herbal character. A deep copper which looks more like an IPA than a Pilsner.Β Kind of hard to pin down what they were going for but alright nevertheless.

Tap at the brewpub. bisctuiy malt nose, grass, honey, a bit of booze. Ok. Nice malt flavor, smooth and crisp body with a bit of alcohol punch and light hops. Decent.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear golden with a finger of foam that dissipates fairly quickly. Bread and butter aromas with booze. Taste is pretty similar but a body is a little watery and boozy. Finish is booze and grain. Needs work. --- Beer merged from original tick of Imperial Bay Pilsner on 10 Jan 2016 at 19:35 - Score: 5
