Tart overripe lemon, coriander, and grass nose. Hazy yellow, medium sticky head. Very tart and lemony, salt and malt also evident. Finishes with grass. Medium body, easy carbonation. Nice transitions, very unique. A bit too salty for my taste

Bottle shared by MrChopin. Thanks! Poured a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light fruity notes, very subtle salt - not a lot of acid on this one either. Very mild, light fruit. Okay.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. Clear and light pear color with a thin fizz head. Grassy, sour fruit aroma. Slightly grassy, soft salt, but mostly a juicy refreshing sour. Hop sour is definitely cool in my opinion. Enjoyed this a ton.

3oz pour at Max’s Belgian Fest 2016 pours a clear, dark gold with a ring of white head. Nose has lemon and soap and light acid, some green hop too, some lemonade. Flavor follows, bright with lemony acid, light grist, light white wine vinegar, some grass, straw. Tart finish, dry. Really good.

Bottle - Herbal and sour. Clearish yellow gold with a small white head. Tart sweet and grassy with some salty bitterness. Ok, not sure if this is a good idea.

Bottle split in the hotel lobby, RBWG ’16, thanks to Hans Gruber, 02/01/16. Hazed pale yellow with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pissy, light fart, barnyard, lemon rind, straw. Taste comprises lemon peel, grassy, grain, light hop tones, straw, trace of funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering finale. Ok.

Bottle shared during RBWG 2016. Pours unclear yellow with a frothy white head. Pleasant salty lemon in the nose, a little wheat. Light sweet flavor with a slight soapy note, minimal acidity, minerals, hay. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Crisp finish with further lemony acidity, light shampoo, hints of wheat sweetness, faint grass. So so.
