Bottle from het Biermoment, BB 06-2017, 33 cl sample. Clear golden to orange color, short frothy head. Aroma has earthy and spicy coffee, a little towards coffee filter, bit leafy and flowery hops, slight caramel. Coffee and hoppy bitterness, combining the spicyness from the coffee and the fruity notes of the hop. Unfortunately feels a bit like stale coffee.

Bottle @ Anti-carnaval Tasting. Clear orange to reddish color, virtually no head. Aroma is heavy coffee, and that’s about all. Taste malts, heavy coffee again, almost vegetal, but on the other hand it’s lightly cocoa and decently bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Bottle. Orange copper color. Aroma of strong coffee, earthy bean and some malt. Taste has lots of earthy coffee, malt, yeast and some roast. The hops are lacking, this is more like a coffee blonde.

Small off-white rim; reddish orange-amber beer. Coffee, ground beans, and overroasted bread. And something as grilled paprika. Bitterish-roasted, but also a tad ammonium. Finish is more malty. Light to medium bodied, Hum.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled bottled @ Gents Bierfestival 2016. Dark orange, little off-white head. Nose is pure coffee grains, cheap instant coffee, burned coffee, watery,… taste is super grainy coffee, thin used coffee grounds, grains, herbal watery,… Grainy stale coffee grains body & watery. It is like they added oodles of used coffee grains to a weak beer, meh.
