Nose of sour fruits and decent sweet. Taste starts bitter and dry. No sweetness at all, vineous, woody and astringend. I like that.

Bottled (as Årh Hvad? BA Grand Marnier). Amber colour with a mediumsized longlasting slightly off-white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, zesty, some yeasty and mild wooden and alcohol tones with some bretty funk too. Flavour is brett, citrus, zest, some toffee and mild toasted tones with some herbal and lemongrassy tones. Mild oak in the aftertaste.

Tap at Mikkeler Tokyo. Aroma is peppery, something vegetal, light orange, little spice. Taste is good, convincingly Orval like, got the minerals, light Brett, bit of caramel maltiness. Boozy undercurrent, chocolate, interesting. Not sure about some elements of the aroma, but the taste is nice. Ever evolving. --- Beer merged from original tick of Hva Såå?! Copper colour, small steady off-white head. Funky, fruity, blue cheesy and horseblankety aroma. Lots of farmhouse (even cow dang). Medium-bodied. Suprisingly flavour is much less funky. Some bretta, orange, malts, even some hops. Nose was extreme but flavourwise easy sipper.

At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, hazy deep orange color, light over ripe oranges aroma with some oak and a hint of orange liquor, sour fruity citrusy flavor with a mellow oak presence. Nice and balanced.

Klasse!
