Still happy these beers are in Florida. Dark reddish brown, large foamy head. Nose is resinous hops, dark caramel malts, flavor similar, very resinous, big bitter finish, kept in check by a big soft semi-sweet malt profile.

Deep red - amber beer. Small pale tan head. Fairly dry palate. Good malt base, streak of dark toffee. Mild cream. Good piney hops, fairly bitter. Trace of red berry fruits. Dry finish with a bitter aftertaste. Quite barleywine like. Well joined up.

Wyśmienite piwo, bardzo treściwe i wyraziste w smaku. Finisz rozgrzewający i wytrawny. Na początku lekka nuta owocowa, ale szybko się przekształca w maksymalną gorycz. Piana mogłaby być trochę trwalsza. Ogólnie świetne piwo które jest godne polecenia.

Bottle (BOE) at home - 01/10/12. Opaque reddish brown with a thin tan head that soon subsides. Sweet caramel malts on the nose, good dose of pine and plenty of hopping evident. Taste follows on from the nose with a sweeter and fruitier flavour than the nose had suggested. Sweet caramel and a little biscuit. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. A little on the thin side however.
