A Unique Dry-Hopped Sweet Tart Sour Mash Ale. We soured the wort on the Hot Side with Lactobacillus for a few days and then brewed up this smooth and hoppy sour. On tap at the Hopcat Lincoln. Pours a clear golden appearance with a tan head. Dank, greeny, ganja-powered hops in the nose with some pineapple and tropical fruit. Lightly tart. Medium light body. Grapefruit, pineapple, and resiny hop flavor. Great! Best of the night so far.

Growler fill (discounted) from Albertsons. Pours out very vibrant, big, full, fluffy head. Aroma is very mild yeasty, Belgian pale. Taste gets a bit sweeter, candy, Sweet-Tart sweet and sour at the same time. No big pucker here, a bit tart, but not overdone. Entry level sour.

On tap at Albertson’s pours out a pale straw color topped with a white head. nose is pine citrus hops some lemon zest tart notes a little wet wheat. Taste is more of the citrus hops combo with the tart sour notes.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours pale gold with a large white head. Aroma is sour/earthy/citrus. Med body or so. Flavor is sort of earthy/tart with some citrus. Flavor is strong. Mouth assaulting. It’s so dry it’s almost astringent. Quite a good drink.

Bottle at the May 1st DC tasting. Poured a clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma was light tart notes, very light sweet malt notes. Light sweet malts, light tartness. Very tasty sweet character. Not bad.
