Foodies and connoisseurs have undoubtedly heard of the French culinary term ‘coulis’.
This gastronomic term for a sauce on the basis of fresh fruit, has made us dream. Made on the basis of a white ale and enriched with natural fruit juice, Boscoli is a fruity beer for beautiful days, beautiful terraces and beautiful eyes.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Noisy pinkish head over an opaque dark reddish body, spotty lacing. Smell of sweet red berries. Sweet strawberries to the taste buds. Prolonged ending. Soft drink impression. Drinkable, but one-off for me. (Tromsø 23.07.2021).

Delt med Rune på Nerstranda. Mørk rosenrødt. Uklar. Middels høyt kremaktig skum med rosaskjær. Heftig jordbæraroma. Smaken det samme. Overmoden bær.

On tap at Het Anker. Pours dark red with slightly pinkish head. Sweet and syrupy. Raspberries, some jam, bit artificial. Too sweet for me. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle. Belgian berr #1000. Frothy redish good mostly lasting head. Nice red colour. Light malty and hoppy heavy bery aroma. Moderate sweet and light bitter flavor. Raspberry (and other beries) very present. Average nide finish. Oily palate. Nice.

Bottle at the Old House, Wellingborough. Pinkish red and hazy with a quickly dissipating soft white head. Raspberry aroma, very fruity if a bit artificial. Tastes sweet with just a tinge of sourness. A touch of saccharin in the finish. Heavy carbonation bordering on the invasive. Pleasant if not up to all that much.
