The Black Corne has an ebony black color. It tastes like bitter chocolate, roasted coffee with a hint of acidity. A surprising beer that no one can resist!

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky brown/black pour, two finger creamy beige head. Long lasting, very good retention. Thick lacing on the glass as it goes down. Lots of cocoa and chocolate on the nose, fruity background. Thin to medium body, surprisingly. Kinda hoped for it to be a bit fuller. Medium to high carbonation. Light texture, easily drinkable. Somewhat fizzy mouthfeel. Roasty bittersweet taste. Aroma is fine. Watered down, yes, but fine nonetheless. Strongly on the malt side as expected. Caramel, roasted, cocoa. Toffee, dark fruits, mild sour notes. Notable bitterness throughout the aftertaste at the bottom of the tongue, mild metal presence. Slight stickiness, a bit dry. Medium lasting finish. Overall, it's fine but unremarkable. A bit too light and watery for the style.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Almost black coloured, medium sized airy beige head, dusty caramel and dried fruits in the nose. Moderate malty, caramel, dried fruits, and heavy carbonation with light spicy yeasty notes. Rather ordinary.

Bottle. Color: Black, frothy very light brown head, nice lacing. Aroma: Dark malt, notes of chocolate. Taste: Pretty sweet dark malt, moderate bitterness, notes of chocolate and hints of red fruit, fudge and black coffee. Medium body, average carbonation. Easy drinkable, ok, but lacking some body and complexity.

Gott.
