On tap at Lagunitas tap room, Pataluma (CA, USA). Clear pale gold, creamy white head. Nose: bohemian accent, tons of grassy hops. Mouth: grains, velvet Pils malts, super grassy. Yes! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a slightly hazy straw from a bottle. Lot of noble hops and yeasty flavor. Okay beer.

Shared 12 oz. bottle. Pale gold with white head. Aroma is floral, grass, malt, and just a touch of citrus. Similar taste, with some mild hop bitterness. Okay.

On tap at Neurolux. A bit disappointing, and not very "pilsnerish". I was missing the crisp hops bite on the tap. This came across more lagerish, is both aroma and taste, more like a Dortmunder. I’d need to resample under better conditions (i.e. not at a concert)

Keg pour at NH Brewfest. Appearance is clear pure yellow pour with mild sparkle, small head with mild lacing. Aroma is somewhat bitter metallic, basement with yeasty cheese. Taste is same--lightly bitter and sour. Palate is light to medium, average to fizzy carbonation, bitter finish. Overall, this is fair. Not as malty as you might expect.

12 oz bottle into a pilsner glass Best by 12/29/2015 A: Ice cold gentle pour gives 1/2" of white bubbly head. Clear and pale gold with very large hence fast rising bubbles.Good retention and very nice lacing initially and as drunk. S: MiId grass and dried hay aroma with sweet baked bread behind. Nothing elaborate or that need be. T: Crisp flavors of lightly toasted white bread joined with faint herbal hop bitterness. The hops soon turn tart and faintly lemony. Nice, subtle and pretty well balanced. I do not get any alcohol at least as yet. Tartness perhaps turning a bit sour over time. M: Light for the strength and crisp on the palate with a good level of carbonation. Finishes medium length and somewhat wet. O: I expected good things from this and cannot say I’m disappointed except that I can’t get this in my hometown. Also slightly stronger than I prefer as I admit to becoming quite a lightweight in recent years. Nice beer overall and one i do recommend as a lover of pilsners.

Bottle. Vivid gold. Halo and some dollops of white head. Creamy, mildly spiced malts. Some toffee. Hint of grassy hop. Taste has a mild sweetness first off, turning spicy dry. Bit of a flabby mouthfeel. A bit sickly sweet toward the end. I didn’t get on too well with this. I maybe would have liked it more at it’s previous 5.3%. Great commercial description though.

Bottle from Deeside Drinks Emporium. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple, Rich Tea and grain. Flavour of sweet malt, soggy cereal and restrained citrus notes. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Bland and forgettable.
