Sample@Ølfestival, København 2019 (Day 2) - amber pour with a beige head. Sweet toasted malty with caramel, fudge, dried fruit, yeast, medium body, sweet malty and spiced close.

355ml bottle. (10.0% ABV) Pours a clear copper-amber with lots of sediment and a medium, foamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, toffee, brown sugar, dried fruit, orange and lemon. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, brown sugar, grapefruit, orange, pine needles and booze in a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Keg at Euston Tap, London. An amber coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Caramel, malty, dark fruit aroma. Tastes sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruit. Quite decent but it was served way too warm, would have scored it higher if it was chilled more.

Draught @ Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours hazy perfect amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel, and yeast, with mild buttery touches. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and BW yeast, with bitter notes of roast and hops and hints of coffee. Bitter aftertaste of alcohol and hops, with notes of yeast and caramel. Well-balanced and potent. Quite decent.

Gylden brun klar med høyt eggegult skum. Lukter knekk, blomster og tuttifrutti. Middels+ i fylde. Middels bitter brent karamell, noe sitrus, alkohol og barnål. Middels lang.
