Dry-hopped Sour with Italian plum. The beer-drinkers’ rosé. We worked backwards with this one - first came the design, then we reverse-engineered a beer to match.

Rocky white head on an opaque, hazy reddish golden still body. Fresh aroma of bitter/sweet plum, peach & light citrus. Medium to thin bodies. Crisp, clean & well carbonated on the palate. Taste is much as the aroma with bitter/sweet citrus, plum, grape & long tangy, sour finish. Surprisingly this isn't too acidic.

From can contributed by, and shared with, OSG at OSB 18.10.17. Cloudy dark straw colour. Diminishing white head. Fine and fruity aroma of fermented plus and acidity. Similar, and even better taste. Refreshing!

Sample during FleischNacht Teil 3 on 08/16/2017. Slightly hazy orange-copper color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, plum, wheat and slightly funky yeast. The finish is mildly sour with a plum aftertaste. Above average overall.
