Dry-hopped Sour with Italian plum. The beer-drinkers’ rosé. We worked backwards with this one - first came the design, then we reverse-engineered a beer to match.

Has a light purple-amber colour. No head. On the nose, this has some plum, and is clearly sour. Tart, with just a light plum note. The sour is just ok, the fruits a nice accent but there's nothign standout here.

Can served in a snifter. A dry hopped sour ale made with Italian plum which gives it a pink-tonged orange color. Opaque and with a fizzy fast-dissipating head. The aroma is tart, wheat, lactic, a bit of Brett and sour plum. Light bodied with a light wheat and tangy plum flavor, some chewy granola like melt notes, acidic fruit. I don't get much obvious hop notes but it is a fine beer that well suits the beach.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - amber to peach. Thin head. Nose - red cherry maybe. Taste - sour plum jam. Cherry. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy sour middle section. The finish is a bit watery. Overall - good but the finish is a bit lacking.
