Clear golden, white head. Aroma of silantro, dishwasher detergent. Taste is watery, lemon, artificially flavoured soda.

Bottle at home. The colour is clear straw colour with a small off-white. Aroma of wheat, orange peel, lemon and winegums. Some coriander. Flavour of wheat, orange peel, coriander and winegums. Has a slick mouth feel, light body and a soft bitterness. Tasteful but is quite sweet and light.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Moderate banana aroma. Taste is mildly bitter with a mild banana sweetness lingering at the end. Body to the light side of medium, moderate watery texture. Not a lot going on. Drinkable.

Floral, fruchtig, ein Hauch gewürzintensiver Wermut. Das Etikett spricht bei den Zutaten nur von „Gewürzen“ aber ich denke da ist auf alle Fälle (wie bei vielen Wit-Bieren) Koriander mit dabei. Leichter Körper, noch nicht wässrig. Sehr, sehr süffig, aber doch nicht geschmacksarm. Für ein glutenfreies Bier mit dieser Zutatenliste (u.a. mit Reis, Buchweizen, Gewürze) erstaunlich problemlos und doch mit großem Genuss zu konsumieren. Bei „Buckwheat“ denk ich nicht an Buchweizen, sondern an den Film „Das Leben nach dem Tod in Denver“. Wenn Chistopher Walken als der „Man With The Plan“ verkündigt „Buckwheats - verdammt noch mal - Buckwheats“. Und für die, die nicht wissen was das schreckliches bedeutet, empfehle ich dringend, dass man sich den Film mal unbedingt anschaut.

Smell- weak wheat, banana. Foam- thin, weak hops, weak malt, faint banana. Head is medium-sized, white in color. Appearance- generic white bottle cap, simple label. Clear yellow amber in color. From - pint Taste - weak hosp, weak wheat, weak citrus, faint banana. Not bad wheat beer.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is cereals, some citrus, mild bananas, spiciness. Flavour is grainy, some cereals, mild citrus and some wheat. Watery and bland.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, slightly zesty, citrusy fruity and rather neutral, grainy malty, minimally fruity aroma, notes of coriander, some orange peel, a touch of apple, a touch of apple, rice, buckwheat. Taste is watery, peppery spicy, minimally zesty, rather neutral, grainy malty basis, minimally diluted notes of coriander in the first and last third, primarily more peppery, later on more floral-fruity spicy, some orange peel in the middle part. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation. Rather neutral, grainy malty basis, restricted citrusy flavours, quite refreshing - not bad.

Bottle. Barely cloudy gold with a modest white head. Aroma of spiced oranges, maybe some crackers. Taste is more wit-like with a toasted note that I suppose is from the buckwheat. Dryish with coriander and a little bitterness at the end. Fair enough even if you ignore its gluten-free status.
