Big coarse offwhite head quickly shrinks with a fizzing sound, leaving absolutely no head at all. Hazy orange body. Fruity spicy herbal aroma with mealy seeds of paradise notes. Dry mealy wheaty taste with herbal fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish papery mealy aftertaste with orangey notes. Very faint acidity. Slightly artificial, but not really bad, just not very appealing. (0.33l bottle, from Meny Strømmen.)

330 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow/orange body with a big, creamy white head that fades pretty fast. Aroma has banana, yeast, grain and cloves. The flavor is sweet grainy, banana, cloves, some oranges and wheat yeast. Medium body and average aftertaste. A bit on the sweet side, but it actually smells and taste like (more than less) any average witbier. Not bad at all and extra score for gluten free and the fair trade effort.

Bottle. An unclear, yellow-orange beer topped by a minimal sized white head. A bit too much on the grainy malty side I think, but there’s a nice coriander and orange scent too. It’s rather fizzy on the palate, medium bodied and dry, with flavors of orange zest and coriander seeds dominating. Decent bitterness too. Long spiced, orangey finish. Too fizzy this one, else sure acceptable as a gluten free beer. 151010

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of hearts, wheat, artificial citric notes and a little yeastiness. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with light moderate carbonation.
