Hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light, airy and has reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet and slightly tangy. Semi sweet floralness and a mellow lemony citrus. A very mild sherbet vibe throughout. Light finish with a modest citric linger. Not bad at all. Really don’t understand ail these poor scores, oh no wait - I do, it’s Mongozo and therefore bad right? Yawn!

Bottle. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Cloudy yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Some o´range yeasty notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate moderate bitter finish. Watery palate.

Flaske 330ml fra Eurospar Tomasjord. Etiketten sier 4,7%. Skumfri. Uklar grågulbrun. Nesten aromafri også men det er indikasjoner på litt sitrus. Smaken har sitruspreg. Litt tørr etter hvert. Passe søt. Litt bunnfall igjen på flaska.

Bottle at home. Pours cloudy straw with thin quick diminishing white head. Grassy, citrus, coriander, cloves, sour lemon flavored sweets, soapy, cardboard. Taste is over medium sweet. Body is thin, very little carbo. Very shitty witbier, but quite nice for a glutenfree product, there’s not much easily available. I prefer the Mongozo glutenfree ’premium’ pilsener over this one. Too sweet and too little carbonation.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 15.11.15. Hazy straw colour. White head quickly disappearing to nothing. No lacing. Aroma of weissbier and overripe bananas. Similar taste, with coriander, papayua and moderate hop bitterness. Good drinkability.

Flaske (4,7%) fra HelgøMeny Hundvåg, med Ovesen under brygging: uklar gulaktig med svært kort skum. Lett krydret aroma med litt syre. Slank kropp, og smaken er frisk og grei uten å være minneverdig - nellik, sitron/lime og noe maltsødme. Lett bittersyrlig ettersmak, nokså kort.
