Aroma: Malt and Dark fruits with notes of prunes. Flavour: Malty and fruity sweet with notes of prunes. Aftertaste is sweet.

Draught at KØ17. Good malty aroma. Cloudy dark amber colour. Small creamy tan head. The flavour is malty and roasted. Has some lactose.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ home. [ As Hornbeer Julegris(k) 2 ].Clear medium to dark brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, dusty, cacao, light roasted, moderate to heavy yeasty, spicy, belgium yeast. dark fruity - dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, chocolate, belgium yeast, anis seed. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Works very nice together with a meal of Christmas duck *
