From bottle. Golden color, murky. Bretty citric aroma. Sweet and sour bretty flavor. Caramel, peach, citrus. Dry finish. Nice.

7e Noordelijk SpeciaalBierfestival, Groningen, van fles, direct na het proeven van de reguliere nu de brett variant, oranje/caramel met geel/witte kraag. aroma van goede Brett zuren zijn direct merkbaar, het basis moutige karakter is totaal naar de achtergrond verdreven. smaken zijn matig zoet, redelijke Brett zurigheid, zacht, caramel, hout, complexiteit van zurigheid is wat beperkt maar smaken zijn gewoon erg goed..

Sample from bottle @ Toon’s masterclass during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2015. Clear orange color. Frothy off white head. Aroma’s: sweet, sweet fruit, fruit candies, brett-funk. Retronasal is moderate sour, brett/funky, some sweet’n’sour fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate sour, bretty. Light bodied. Flavors linger, light dryness.

Bottle sampled at Bierkoning during Carnival Brettanomyces 2015. Pours cloudy orange with an off white head. Aroma of light funk, fruits, yeast, caramel and light herbal notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Taster at Toon van den Broek masterclass. Clear orange golden with fizzy white head. Spicy rye, soft pepper, lots of hay and funk with light green leaves. Above medium sour with almond butter finish. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Bottle thx to joes @ Van Moll. Murky orange colour with a small white head. Smells leather, horse, brett, apricot, fruity. Tastes apricot, sourish, fruity, fresh, nice. Medium body, medium carbo.
