An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and lots of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet hay, fruits, malt, straw, and citrusy hops, leading to a dry finish. I’m not a big fan of hoppy Belgians.

Bottle split at Amager Brewery, thanks to Papso, RBESG ’15 day 3, 22/08/15. Lightly hazed orange topped with a decent off white covering. Nose is yeast, straw, light citric peel, lemon rind, grain, hint of funk. Taste comprises yeast esters, melon, bready notes, sweet and sour fruit, lemon rind, farmy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent well balanced Belgo.

Fonefan 110416. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, banana, yeast. Flavour is orange, malt, hop, fruit, banana, yeast, pine, grapefruit, sugar, caramel. Nice beer.

Flaska hos Johan. Smak och doft av humle, gräs, citrus, brett, örter med toner av aprikos, persika och grapefrukt. Frisk, fruktig, lagom sötma, fina smaker som avrundas av mjuk beska.

Aroma: Fruit, malt, some citrus.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Very bland for this high abv. Some spices, alcohol, a bit of malt.

Bottle 750ml @ gunnfryd’s hytte
Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast and orange. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long slightly warm, yeast, malty and fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl. A hazy, golden beer topped by a dense, two-finger off-white head leaving lacings. Mostly fruity on the nose, with some light funky notes. Grapefruit, pine cones, white sugar and a little banana touch. Pale malts, white sugar, fruityness and some peaches and banana. Herbal notes, a nice bitterness and some alcohol. Full body, lightly warming and pleasantly carbonated. Long fruity and sugary finish with a pleasant finish. Quite nice this one, but a bit sweetish. 150724
