Draft @ Brett Fest 2015. This is basicly a tripel style yeasty beer with some mild brett. Not very interesting.

Thanks for sharing. Sampled draft @ Beer Temple during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Hazy golden, creamy white head. Nose is odd, heavy mineral, huge mop brett / dirty Rocket Brewing brett character (this guys should really considering using a different strain of brett), funk,… Taste is dull sugar, wheat banana, odd sugar, salty & same dirty brett character,… Quite grainy. The concept of this brewery is interesting but execution should really be altered in my opinion. This is better than some of their beers. Okay but flawed.

Huge offwhite head. Clear yellow body with strong carbonation. Fruity mealy toffee aroma with herbal earthy notes. Sweetish fruity herbal mealy taste. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy fruity herbal aftertaste with soft metal notes. Very nice, and highly drinkable. (0.75l bottle, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)

Draft at Beer Temple. Pours cloudy dull golden with a big off white head. Aroma of weedy hops, Brett funk, light fruits and light citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy golden, with a white head. Flowery, fruity aroma with quite some phenols. Rich, malty body, quite subtle - more phenols than Brett character. But fairly harmless if you like strong, Belgian blondes. To be honest, I don’t really. 170615 Style should be changed to Belgian Strong Ale.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Rocket Brewing Sign Of Life ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, grape, peach, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, belgium yeast, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150411]

Tap @ FairBar. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, hop, spices, fruit and a little orange peel. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, notes of phenols, medium sweet, bitter, hop, little orange peel, peach, little earthy, little dry with notes of alcohol.
