Growler share at CBC 2015. Pours vibrant hazy pinkish red with a frothy and fizzy pinkish white head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and tiny herbal with crackers, lemon juice, orange juice, yoghurt, hay, minerals and lots of peppery citrus zest. Taste is sour, fruity and slightly herbal. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, astringent and light bodied. Finish is sour and tiny bitter with crackers, lemon juice, blood orange juice, yoghurt, campari, hay, minerals, orange zest and lemon zest. Campari berliner. Refreshing, heavy fruity, beautiful and with a bitter herbal sting. Love it! --- Beer merged from original tick of Ich Bin Ein Berliner Bitter Blodapelsin on 20 Feb 2016 at 16:21 - Score: 7. Original review text: What happened with the pink colour? Tasty nonetheless!

Thanks for sharing. Sampled draft @ Beer Tempel during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Bright lemonade pink, small pinkish head. Nose is very muck like a lemonade, fizzy & soft-drink, artificial fruity-like. Taste very heavy mineral lemonade, soft drink, fizzy rhubarb, sugar, artificial lemonade notes, floral, light wheat,… Very fizzy body. Not bad but overly lemonade-like.
