Smoked aroma, amber, little bitterness, the smoked taste delicately fills the mouth, after 2-3 gulps the smoked notes give way to a malty taste. We use the best smoked malt (from Germany) processed with five other malt types and four hops to obtain a typical smoked yet balanced result.

Wintery, softer version of the Tournichoise Fumée (though the latter is apparently considered an alias of this one here), with loose, off-white head and pinkish orange amber colour. Aroma of apricot, sulphur (like striking a match), bitter honey, grassy hops, nutmeg, sweat. Neutral onset, dried fruits, malty, light but unmistakable smokiness in the finish along with a rather pleasant hop bitterness.

Takie srednio dobre piwo. Malo akcentow dymno wedzonych. Delikatne karmelowe i slodowe. Bardzo metne i brazowe ze spora i calkiem trwala piana. Ale ladny wyglad nie przejawia sie we smaku. Owszem smaczne ale nie to co oczekiwalem po tym stylu.

Bottle shared. Pours cloudy light brown with a small tan head. Aroma of big malt upfront, with light smoke and caramel. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
