Dry hopped sour ale with muscat grapes.

It’s fresh, floral and funky - with notes of apricot, grapefruit and fresh grass - lightweight at only 5% ABV, and comes served in a 16oz bright-orange can. Blurring the line between beer and wine, it’s a perfect summer crusher for those looking for distinctive flavor and experience.

The 7000 label art, designed in collaboration with Mike Van Hall (@opprobriations), is a punchy reflection of Bronson's corresponding album of the same name.

With an equally unconventional approach to life, work and art, (and a mutual appreciation for super-natural wines and terpy dabs) Brian and Action make an excellent synergetic match. As fate would have it, they met a few years ago as neighbors and that’s where the story began. This beer is a culmination of many creative sessions and studio hangs - born of their desire to produce something equally unique and exciting.

50 cl can at Polar, Madrid. It pours hazy lemonish yellow with orang streaks and a short lived, off-white head. Aroma is orange crush, bread, spearmint and an undeniable hint of funky sinkhole (just a hint, but there it is.) Mouth is bone-dry, tart and crisp, bodyless and short-lived. Bah. Refreshing -no more, period.

Slightly hazy golden and peach coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grass, hay, funk, light yeast, a dose of flowers, a lot of soft and tart berries with a very pleasant and enjoyable wild characteristic with a lot of dryness, but the nose is nice and interesting. Light-bodied; Strong and pungent tart, sour and funky notes show up front with a lot of dryness from the malt and especially the yeast, but a lot of tart and dry niagara grapes noticeable with a dose of hay and light funk at the very end. Aftertaste shows the softer and way more subdued malt and dry finish, but the tart fruits, light yeast funk and a light lemon note that shows light elements of a cider in addition to the great yeastie components. Overall, a nice and enjoyable beer with a great profile and an interesting dry and tart note that really comes out near the end. Great to sample and well worth trying if you can find it! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 21-November-2018 for US$3,59 sampled at home in Washington on 26-March-2019.
