OMG for real tropical smoothie, chunky guava Calypso cruise to the other side, photo does not do this guava smoothie justice. Banana and passion fruit are there to make sure you aren't punched by guava tartness.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a thick and viscous pink banana color with a finger of foam that lingers, then dissipates. Lots of tart passion fruit aromas in the nose with some slight doughy malt notes. Creamy banana sweetness and guava texture on the palate. More passion fruit tartness with some passion fruit skin/seed astringency. Super creamy, and lingering tart finish that as some slight astringent and acidic notes. Banana sweetness keeps it from getting too harsh. Not really beer-like but fun. --- Beer merged from original tick of Fire Iron on 05 Aug 2018 at 17:35 - Score: 7. Original review text: Big passion fruit forward nose with fruity acidity...light strawberry. Banana and guava on the palate. Tart PF, creamy sweet banana finish.

Draft. A- Guava, passionfruit, papaya, tropical fruits, mild sourness. A- Golden orange color, cloudy liquid, minimal head. T- Guava, papaya, mango, subtle banana, mild tartness, fruity. P- Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, juicy finish. O- Loaded with tropical and juicy fruits. A touch of sourness but not overkill. Drinks really easy and refreshing. Wished there were cans of this so I could have grabbed some. Really nice and would like to have again.

Manoman is this beer not for me. Brown banana underlines everything, adding an overripe sweetness to the guava and passion fruit. Red pepper notes blend with a lengthy sourness. Grainy malts make for a solid base, but the banana ruins everything. Interesting pour, smoothie-ish in color and with all the head and lace of a glass of guava juice. Smooth, undercarbonated texture. Curious beer, but not in a good way.
