North Coast Brewing’s Passion Fruit-Peach Berliner Weisse is made with the juice of peaches from California and passion fruit from Ecuador, a Pan-American take on the German classic.

Bright, fruit-forward Berliner, offering massive amounts of passion fruit and peach but ultimately overpowering the tart notes with too much sweetness. Starts fruity, yet grows increasingly sweet, losing some of the yeasty base and lacking any solid graininess to offset the fruit juice leanings. Refreshing but a bit much.
