Draft. A- Light, spices, banana. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Cloves, banana. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- When I started in craft, this would've been a high 4 for me. Up there with the best hefes I've had form Germany. Really good and probably a better beer than I am giving it credit for.

Can. Hazy yellow straw pour. Some white foam on top. Nose has cloves, bananas, feels nicely spicy. Even more cloves in taste, yeasty and a bit spicy. Super nice weizen. Grainy malt-forward finish, leaves good grainy linger.

Can into a snifter showing well filtered orangish yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of banana and bubble gum. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Dry but pronounced flavors of banana and bubble gum throughout with more on the finish.

Can from my man Justin, carried back from TX. Lemony wheat nose, cloves and apricots. Cloudy pastel yellow with lace. Rich whaet flavor, clove, light banana, orange, stone fruit. Rather oily, very low carbonation. Almost flat. Nicely spicy finish. Seems a bit old, but don’t see a date. Tasty, though not up there with the best, imo.

12oz can. Unfiltered bright yellow-tan body. Thin but fading head. An enjoyable beer. Medium bodied. Restrained but present yeast tones...could use just a hint more of banana character..clove too. Either way it is hyper sessionable, clean, well done. Solid beer.

Keg at Ginger Man - Austin, TX. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds sturdy wheat, lemon zest, bread. Light sweet flavour, nicely drying, with a little bubblegum, hay, wheat, lemon and tangerine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean on the finish, moderately sweet, with faint dough, biscuit, wheat bread, straw. Solid hefe.

355 ml can at home. Thank you Bob! Unnclear yellow golden color with white to off white head that quickly disappears. Malty, light yeasty and light hoppy aroma, fruity, lot of banana, light spicy, light grainy, some caramel notes, floral and citrusy fruity notes in the beginning. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.
