0,5 l bottle from a local Hol´ Ab bottle shop. Pours out dark golden with a nearly two finger frothy head. Smokey smell. Taste starts strong smokey, bacon, malt way behind in the background. Hints of citrus to the end. Could be a little bit more compex but not bad at all.

Optisch heller Amber, stabiler Schaum.

0.5 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before September 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately smoky, a bit grassy aroma of smoked ham, straw and some citrus. Quite sweet, malty, moderately smoky and a little grassy taste of smoked ham, caramel, straw and hints of citrus, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately smoky and a bit grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and just slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very well-balanced, pleasant and highly quaffable, the character of the Lager is still there and not killed by the smoke. Good!

Bottle. Some decent smoke of a luke warm campfire. Medium body, a bit ashy and salty, lively carbonation. Highly drinkable as well, with a medium long finish.
